Domani giornata a Capri - Tomorrow day at Capri

---ITA: Giornata sull’isola azzurra per atleti e tecnici protagonisti della 60esima edizione della Capri-Napoli trofeo Vecchio Amaro del Capo, la storica traversata in programma sabato 6 settembre.
Domani, giovedì 4 settembre, è infatti prevista una vera e propria full immersion tra i luoghi che faranno poi da suggestivo scenario in occasione dell’avvio della gara. Si parte alle 11 al centro congressi, che la delegazione della Maratona del Golfo raggiungerà dalla zona del porto grazie ai mezzi messi a disposizione dall’amministrazione comunale. Qui i protagonisti dell’edizione 2025 della Capri-Napoli saranno accolti dal sindaco, Paolo Falco, e dal consigliere delegato allo sport, Alberto Santarpia, che porteranno i saluti dell’isola ai protagonisti della competizione natatoria in acque libere più conosciuta al mondo.
Il gruppo formato da atleti, tecnici e staff organizzativo si dirigerà poi in piazzetta: sarà questa l’occasione per scattare le foto ufficiali della giornata in una delle location più glamour di tutta Italia. Dopo la pausa dedicata al pranzo, i nuotatori si trasferiranno da “Luigi ai faraglioni”, una delle straordinarie mete turistiche di cui è dotata l’isola. Qui, nel pomeriggio, è in programma uno dei momenti più attesi in vista della gara: la sprint race da 1,2 chilometri attorno ai faraglioni, in una prova altamente suggestiva che servirà in qualche modo a saggiare la forma dei favoriti in vista della gara.

The race begins at 11:00 a.m. at the conference center, which the Maratona del Golfo delegation will reach from the port area using transport provided by the city administration. Here, the participants of the 2025 Capri-Napoli race will be welcomed by Mayor Paolo Falco and Councilor for Sport Alberto Santarpia, who will convey greetings from the island to the participants of the world's most famous open-water swimming competition.
The group of athletes, coaches, and organizational staff will then head to the Piazzetta: this will be the opportunity to take the day's official photos in one of the most glamorous locations in all of Italy. After a lunch break, the swimmers will move to "Luigi ai Faraglioni," one of the island's extraordinary tourist destinations. Here, in the afternoon, one of the most anticipated moments of the race will take place: the 1.2-kilometer sprint race around the Faraglioni, a highly evocative event that will serve to test the favorites' fitness ahead of the race.
